Great staff, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well-maintained.- Convenient location, close to key business areas and transportation options.- The breakfast spread was delicious and had a good variety of options.- The hotel had a nice gym and spa facilities for relaxation after a long day of work.
The Wi-Fi connection was a bit slow and unreliable at times. The air conditioning in the room could have been more effective.

We spent Easter weekend in a hotel that promised a lot but unfortunately did not deliver. we appreciated the effort the staff put into the Easter egg hunt for the children, and the availability of a rooftop swimming pool and bar, which offered some great views of the city's skyline. the nearby metro station made traveling to the city's hotspots quite easy.
The negatives outweighed the positives. Our room had a faint smell of mold, and we had to call housekeeping to get it sorted.
